Funny that this article suggests that some probiotics can prevent diarrhoea, when the advertising seems to hint much more at alleviating “bloating” – which implies constipation rather than diarrhoea…

Yes, it is perfectly safe. Acidophilus is cnmomoly found in yogurt, and is completely safe with no side effects. Peppermint oil is also very safe. I do not know about killing the bacteria but they will make any stomach pains etc go away.
